New Do

I love the way D. cuts my hair, straight razoring, spikes and dragging...I told her this summer I would clipper the left side and leave the right long. I want a new color, ready for something funky!! It is fitting for me!

A new year

I am not sure if I will bother to keep up on this after all this time....though it used to be kinda fun. Maybe...Today is the 3rd of January 2012, snowy and school delay. I have to run to walmart to try to find some sort of roasting/crock pot to keep my new massage stones warm for pedicure!! Tried for the first time last night, my hands loved it as well as Teri did!!! Going to do another one this afternoon on Cindy. She has fibromyalgia and neuropathy in feet and legs, I expect she will feel terrific after we are done!!

End of Summer

So busy with everything now that school is back in session. Today we went to the lake again- likely the last time for all of us for the year. Rick ran in three races- two with Matthew. Took both doggies so they could get their last swim in- they are snoring at my feet as I type...tuckers the pups out but good. Safe to say that Reggie really has learned to swim after all. While Jasper rescued four people today, Reggie almost drowned Jasper but still managed to get Matthew back to shore!

The Pittsburgh Zoo

We had a beautiful day on Saturday- just the right temp and a bit of a breeze for Matthew, Dylan, Rick and me to enjoy a day at the zoo. We were able to see most of the animals because of the mild temps. I am always impressed with this zoo, they do a great job in presenting the animals as well as having great exhibits- Dylan especially liked the aquarium. Enjoy the slide show!

"I have placed my rainbow in the clouds as a sign of my promise until the end of time, to you and to all the earth. When I send clouds over the earth, the rainbow will be seen in the clouds, and I will remember my promise to you and to every being that never again will the floods come and destroy all life. For I will see the rainbow in the cloud and remember my eternal promise to every living being on the earth."
Genesis 9:13-17 (LB)
